work must be delivered or mailed to the Cochise County Fair, Education
Department (in the 4-H Building), Douglas, Az by 1 p.m., Wednesday,
September 27, 1998. Late
entries will be considered for “display only” and if exhibit space
is available. AN
EXHIBIT FOR “DISPLAY ONLY” WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AN AWARD.
Place
a label (3 x 5) in the lower right hand corner of each exhibit.
The label should contain only the following information

Standards:
One
(1) tag board or exhibit per class except where otherwise noted.
A teacher may enter class work in any of the Lots of his/her
grade. However, only ONE
entry is allowed from each teacher’s class.
The tag board or exhibit must be 24(w) x 36(l) x 36(h) inches
in size. ANY EXHIBIT
LARGER THAN THAT MAY ONLY BE ENTERED FOR DISPLAY ONLY IF SPACE ALLOWS.
NOTE:
Any exhibit, such as copper work, leather work, jewelry, money,
etc. which is valuable and might be stolen, should NOT be exhibited.
Responsibility for those items will lie with the owner.
All
exhibits MUST be picked up on Sunday, October 1, beginning at 5 p.m.
Freehand
drawing is any drawing done by a child - no dittos or reproduced
copies.
General
art includes displays using different textures, colors, shapes or
media.
